Q: I sent a cheque, how long will it be before my account is open?
A: Cheques usually clear within 5 working days of us receiving it, an email will be sent to you
both on receipt of cheque and when cheque is cleared along with an access code to gain
entry to our web site.

Q: Will I be able to learn more than one instrument at a time?
A: Yes, your subscription entitles you to use all parts of our website for the term of your subscription.

Q: I can’t read music will this make a difference?
A: No, all of our lessons are audio visual, there is no requriement for you to know how to read music. If you wish to learn to read music you can learn by clicking the theory icon on the lessons home page.

Q: I would like to subscribe to this service for a friend or a relative, can i purchase a gift voucher?
A: Yes, simply choose how long you wish to subscribe for 1 month, 3 months or 12 months; send
us a cheque made out to 3Lmusic, and post it to 3Lmusic, Glencar, Co Leitrim, Ireland. We
will then send you a gift voucher along with a code to enter our website. Don't forget to give us your address.

Q: I wish to cancel my subscription.
A: If you wish to cancel your subscription simply email us and tell us that you wish to cancel. Please include your user name and password. We will then
send you the balance of your unused account up to the end of the current month.

Q: How do I know what lessons I have completed?
A: If you click on the ‘My Lessons’ button, this brings you to a page showing all lessons for all instruments. Lessons will either be highlighted ‘Lesson Complete’ or ‘Lesson to be Completed’.

Q: My email address has changed what do I do?
A: On the homepage click "Login". Once logged in click "My Account" and proceed to click "Edit and Contact Details", simply re-enter your new email address.

Q:How do I set up a pay pal account?
A: You can pay by credit card, or log in to pay quickly and securely with PayPal. Visit Paypal.com for easy to use credit card processing.

Q:Lesson won’t open.
A: Lessons only work using the browser Internet Explorer. Firefox and others are not supported for this version.

Q:Lesson takes a long time to download.
A: Download on average with a broadband connection should only take a few seconds. if you are experiencing problems, please check your Internet connection. If your still having problems please contact support.

Q:I can see video but can’t hear audio?
A: Make sure your audio and speakers are turned on. See your PC manual for exact settings.

Q:I can hear audio but can’t see video?
A: Close your browser windows and login. If you still can't see the movie, please send a detailed error to our support team.
